4 Day week?
Rory Sutherland, who heads up the Ogilvy UK group talks about the benefits of a 4 day week. So longer days for employees but giving them a three day weekend. He also digs into a bit of history referring to Henry Ford who started off the whole 5 day week from 6 as to give people more time to spend. Rory questions whether 4 day weeks would increase spend on time off?
